I am a professional personal trainer, CrossFit level 2 coach, and nutrition coach with over 18 years experience. Coaching people with different levels of fitness, age and abilities; from those taking their first steps into their fitness journey, seasoned gym users, to sport professionals and Paralympic athletes.

I get the best from everyone I train by creating a friendly, positive and engaging atmosphere, getting to know you, building your confidence, teaching proper form and being flexible in my coaching style and programmes. The better I know you and know your limitations, motivations and strengths, the better I can motivate, challenge and support you in the right way, at the right pace, to get the results you want.

I know how to set attainable goals and how to achieve them. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build and tone muscle, train for a specific sporting event, learn specific movements or simply just to be fitter, you can be confident that you are working with someone that will train you in the most effective way for you.
