Individual PT

Our 1-2-1 personal training sessions are designed specifically around your individual needs, goals and capabilities, helping you achieve better results, faster. Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey or an advanced athlete; young or young at heart; or have physical limitations, your workouts are carefully planned to progress your fitness safely with maximum efficiency, while challenging you too.

Your training is completely tailored to your aspirations, whether you are looking to improve your fitness, tone-up, lose weight, build muscle, aid rehabilitation, prepare for an event or progress specific athletic skills. I use the most effective exercises for your objectives and abilities, while teaching correct form, so you can perform at your best.

Team PT

Experience the fun and benefits of working out together. Group sessions offer a collectively enjoyable and more affordable approach to fitness, celebrating shared achievements and progressing your fitness together. With group sessions, you can exercise with up to four of your friends or family, adding motivation, support, and a healthy competitive edge to your training.

These sessions are tailored specifically to accommodate the objectives set by the group. Whether it's weight loss, muscle toning, or endurance building, the workouts are designed to address the aspirations of everyone involved.

Online programmes

I aim to make fitness accessible and convenient for everyone, wherever you may be. My bespoke online training plans cater to your unique needs, equipment availability, goals, and schedule. With the app, you can easily access your personal plan from the comfort of your home, at the gym, outdoors, or even while travelling.

Through the app's messaging system and workout comments box, you can provide feedback on your workout sessions, and receive support and advice from me. This ensures your plan is always adaptable, enjoyable and effective for you to achieve your fitness goals.

Video demonstrations for the different exercises are included in your training plan. This way, you can always be confident you are performing the movements correctly and safely.
